1. La moto dejo bastante que desear. Funciono porque es Honda y lo haria hasta abajo del agua.
2. El deposito se paga. Normalmente en los alquiles bloquean el importe y luego lo liberan, en este caso tuve que pagarlo, y aun no me fue devuelto. (ok, me dijeron 10 dias).
3. Los cascos que nos dieron, eran de ciudad, para ruta no son aptos.
4. Luego, la atencion y amabilidad fueron buenos.

Un chico muy amable y efficaz pero dejado solo para gestionar muchos problemas porque la motos son muy viejas y la registracion muy lenta.
Un procedimiento de registracion muy lento porque te piden muchas veces lo mismo : nombre, DNI, direccion detallada, tarjeta... todos estos datas hay que repetirlos muchas veces. Tarde mas de 45 min solo para registrarme y tener la moto. Suerte que llegue primero !

I got Yamaha Faser 600 instead of Honda CB 500 F. Faser was in normal condition, but without side stand (only central stand). It was very unconvenient. Also I took 2 helmets in normal state. Service of Jota Cafe was good.

Trato excelente, el chico y la chica con los quienes hemos tratado las dos veces (en una sola semana) que hemos alquilado una motocicleta en Barcelona, nos trataron super bien, las motos han ido estupendamente y también en el servicio de recogida y devolución los dos fueron super puntuales y disponibles. Muy recomendables (comparados a otras compañías parecidas en Barcelona, con muchas de las cuales hemos tenido males experiencias) y óptimos precios.....repetiremos 100%!!

I did not get the Cafe Racer, but a modern version of the bike. I specifically wanted to rent a cafe racer and was therefore very disappointed. Furthermore, this is a breach of contract because it says that they can give me a better bike if there are any cases of force mayeure. They just rented the bike twice and then gave me one of lower value, which is a breach of contract. Additionally, they did not offer helmets in our size although we have been asked about the helmet sizes we wanted during the booking process. The lady then promised to check for the correct helmets and then get back to me through Whatsapp but I never heard of her again.

I intially paid for a Honda CB250 which in itself was one of the cheapest motorcycles I could find for the duration of my rental. I was delayed at the time of the start to my reservation and in response to this, Jota Cafe upgraded me to a Kawasaki ER5 completely free of charge which was a lovely surprise, as I didn't even ask for it, they just wanted to provide a great service.
They were communicative and helpful when I had any questions about the bike and how to run it.
The only thing I would comment on for improvement is the time taken for my deposit to be refunded, as this took much longer than the stated 10 days. Sometimes communication was a bit uncertain but in the end I got the full deposit back without too much hassle.
Overall, I would definitely use them again if I was looking to hire a bike in Barcelona.

Jota Cafe Motorcycle Rental ist zunächst ok. Aber unser Zweithelm hatte ein abgerissenes Schutzvisier. Das war natürlich auf unseren Touren etwas nervig. Schließlich hatte ich ein Motorrad gemietet und keinen Roller mit eher niedriger Maximalgeschwindigkeit. Was ich allerdings kritisch finde, ist das ich sie darauf ansprach, aber mir nicht wirklich Verständnis entgegenkam. Ich denke, das man sich beim Leihen von Fahrzeugen hundertprozentig auf Technik und Material verlassen können muss. Und außerdem ist jetzt eine Woche vergangen und ich habe die Kaution noch nicht zurückerstattet bekommen. Ich hatte bei der Auswahl der Buchungsplattform - in diesem Fall Rentalmotorbike - ganz besonders in den Kritiken auf Bewertungsportalen darauf geachtet, das geschrieben wurde, das man sich bei Rentalmotorbike darauf verlassen kann, das die Rücküberweisung sehr zeitnah geschieht. So bin jetzt ein wenig überrascht. Bitte würden Sie eine zeitnahe Rücküberweisung veranlassen.

I met with Josh from Jota Cafe Motorcycle Rental and rented a CB 750 for ~14 days from Barcelona. Josh was very pleasant to deal with. The motorcycle was in perfect condition! New tires and the sprockets, chain were new along with a new paint finish. Josh kindly went over European driving laws and things to watch for. He diligently went over the term of conditions, insurance and offered 24/7 help. I highly recommend Josh, very ethical and a man of high integrity.

Everything would have been perfect but: we reserved the bike and it was written that we can take it from 9am. We arrived at 11am and the bike was already rented to another person even though we reserved it. It wasnt too bad because they gave us an electric scooter and told us to come back at about 18pm because the bike we reserved would be back at that time. All in all its a great place to rent a motorbike, it was cheap compared to other companies.

Bei meinem war der Vorschaden noch nicht behoben, unter anderem ein gebrochener Bremshebel.
Eines sprang gar nicht erst an und musste vom Mechaniker, der von zu Hause gerufen wurde, repariert werden. Angeblich wurden die Mopeds einen Tag vorher gewartet.

Muy buena atención, tuvieron un problema a la entrega de la moto pero lo resolvieron entregándome la moto antes. La moto tenia detalles que yo no había visto pero ellos tenían todo anotado. La verdad gente muy honesta y que trata de solucionar todo. Muy recomendables. Si alquilo nuevamente no dudaría en alquilar con ellos.

Me la entregaron casi sin neumatico de atras, la alquile un martes y la tenia que devolver el lunes siguiente, pero el viernes por la noche, estando en el pais Vasco, me di cuenta que le salian las telas y tuve que volver despacito para bercelona

Le service a été impeccable. Nous avons récupéré la moto à Barcelone et nous l'avons laissé à Madrid. L'employé à Barcelone nous a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement de tout. Nous avons aussi eu un super service avec Nuria Viñuelas et aussi avec Marwan Guillarmo au téléphone. Il nous a accompagné tout au long du processus. Merci encore pour tout.

Travel bike Barcelona provided me the motorbike with the good condition and I didn't see any trouble at all during my five-day trip. I liked the the experience of booking with Jota Cafe Racer: the documents job was done online via WhatsApp, so when I’ve arrived to take the motorbike I’ve needed only to pay the deposit and the amount for rent (also via my phone online without physical credit card). Also was proposed to take a new Brixton Crossfire 500 as an option (I’ve booked Kawasaki Er5), and I’ve agreed on it! The journey was wonderful and I’ve enjoyed it much. The deposit was not unblocked yet, but I was informed that they need around 10 days to check the possible fines, so I am waiting. Also I recommend to inform the guys when you plan to return the motorbike exactly, cause they are not 100% time in the office
