It was very easy and uncomplicated to rent the scooter. Very friendly and professional Service. I really enjoyed having the scooter and also the return was so fast and easy. I recommend this rental to everyone who wants a scooter near the shop. I defenitly renting one again when i‘m back

piccolo problema al ritiro con le tariffe ma risolto in maniera corretta dall'addetto. motorino consegnato abbastanza sporco e con il tachimetro/contachilometri non funzionante. tutto il resto ok

Hat ebenfalls super geklappt inkl. pünktlicher Lieferung und Abholung des Motorrads. Ebenfalls netter Kontakt. Der Zustand des Motorrads hätte etwas besser sein können (Batterie musste bei Lieferung nochmals angeschlossen werden. Hätte ich nicht nachgefragt, ob noch was zu beachten sein am Roller wäre es unbemerkt geblieben und ich hätte nicht losfahren können. Wurde aber direkt behoben. Zudem war das Pneuprofil nicht das allerbeste) war aber für meine Bedürfnisse ausreichend.

Hier möchte ich etwas weiter ausholen. Der Mitarbeiter, welcher mit uns die Übergabe des Rollers durchgeführt hat, sprach leider ausschließlich spanisch/katalanisch, deutsch verstand er gar nicht und auch englisch konnte er nicht mal Zahlen verstehen. Daher war die Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Das erste Fahrzeug, welches wir erhalten haben war in keinem guten Zustand. Der Roller war schon über 41
