Nel pagamento con carta di credito ha applicato un cambio peggiorativo facendomi pagare 61,58 euro in più!

Das Bike war technisch desolat und musste dann auch abtransportiert werden . Dürfte aus Sicherheitsgründen überhaupt nich verliehen werden. Rücktransportkosten sowei rückreisekosten mussten selber getragen werden. Auch war kein Ersatzbike zur Verfügung. Also 10 Tage bezahlt und nur 7 Tage gefahren... Schlechter gehts nicht.

bike was poorly maintained if at all! no rear light weak front brake seat fell off (not bolted on) worst head races I have come across fuel cap lock failed causing me to force cap off destroying it in process. hit and miss indicators chain worn out I am a qualified bike mechanic so not making this up. check bike over before you leave their premises and agree on faults Nice guys thou

I had to pay an additional day. It was legal, but in my opinion it was not fair.

It s second year, always rental always Marrakech roues. Last year 4 motorbike, this year 7 motorbike. I am very disappointed, a lot. Suspension , brake, tire, levers, commands, cush, lights, engine,.....every things was not worth the rental price. We paid in total over 5000 euro..... It s a shame. This is my last time with rental. Next year we will choose another company. In any case never

Very disappointed. Have used a few companies for hiring bikes in Morocco but would not bother with these again. We could have had crf250l for less and better looked after.

Helpful shop. Bike was clean and ready. Very near to Marrakech centre. Offered a parking place when visiting, washed the bike one day! Looked after helmets on a visit. Would use a again.

No tenían las motos que habíamos solicitado y nos las cambiaron hasta en dos ocasiones. Ademas estaban muy viejas y con mucha falta de mantenimiento.

Excellent service from these guys. I hadn't known what to expect but they were most professional and well located in Marrakech. I was very impressed by the quality of the bikes, the service that we received which was extremely friendly, helpful and comprehensive. Bike hire was a very reasonable price and they were also very reasonable when it came to charging for some damage caused by dropping

Det hadde vært greit å vite at det var en eldre sykkel for oss som kjører nyere sykkel i det daglige. Lite luft i dekkene ga vingling i starten til vi skjønte hva som var galt. Et blinklys fungerte ikke . Sykkelen var så gammel at den hadde chok noe som ikke ble opplyst osv.

The motorcycle was in a bad condition and sometimes outright dangerous. Got stranded during my trip. The company was not particularly helpful with conflict resolution, I was hold liable for the defective motorcycle and were protecting their interests only. Upon return of the vehicle the rental company tried to withhold a part of the deposit to "share repair costs", which I later learned, were outrageously overpriced.

It was not possible to leave the deposit with the credit card but only cash. The bikes had old and worn tires, we risked falling many times. Two of the bikes were old and had many kilometers, one motorcycle had the clutch worn and it was necessary to change it during the tour, a motorcycle did not start every morning due to the low battery and the broken voltage regulator, to repair the two bikes we are stayed 2 days with serious discomfort.

He overcharged for the bike and was over an hour late for collection. Not a good experience.

Nous sommes allés chercher nos motos dans le Gueliz et avons rencontré Aissam, notre loueur. C’est un garçon formidable et très professionnel. Son accueil a été très chaleureux Les motos étaient quasiment neuves et prêtes à louer. La transaction pour le paiement a été rapide, efficace et transparente, notamment pour la caution. Aucun problème à signaler, ce qui est aussi très appréciable quand on loue à l’etranger. Aissam s’est montré très compréhensif et s’est adapté à nos horaires très mobiles de récupération et retour des véhicules avec toujours de la bonne humeur. Nous avons même eu droit au retour à un café alors que l’heure était déjà tardive et que nous étions en retard!!!! Nous recommandons grandement RMB aux motards et motardes et nous remercions encore Aissam pour la qualité de ces véhicules et de son accueil. Marianne et Henri

Rented 2 Royal Enfield Himalayan from Ride2Atlas. Bikes were delivered to the airport. The Ride2Atlas team was just great in all aspects - in time, perfect condition of the bikes, super friendly. Everything was beyond our expectation. We enjoyed 10 wonderful days crossing through a big part of Morocco. I will for sure recommend Ride2Atlas as professional and client-oriented provider.

Mehdi was an excellent host, he spoke fluent English which made the transfer of the motorbikes easy an succinct. The bikes were maintained in a very good manner and were absolutely perfect for what we needed them for. Big 5 stars to Mehdi and Ride 2 Atlas

Medhi was excellent! Really accommodating and assured our trip. He did above and beyond - thoroughly recommend!

We had a great experience renting from Ride 2 Atlas - the bike was fab and Mehdi even offered to come to our Riad in the medina the night before we were due to rent which I thought was really thoughtful as it meant we could just get up and go the next day. The base is only a short taxi from medina (€5) if you do prefer to collect it yourself. Helmet was fab and bike very comfortable even for passenger. Mehdi was quick to communicate and very friendly and organised. Definitely recommend ! We loved the road to Ait Benhaddou (going via Telouet to see the kasbah there and the Ounila valley). We also loved the Tizi n Test pass but I recommend checking weather before you go (we had one hour of solid mist before it totally cleared up on the other side of mountain). Would deffo recommend ! Simply amazing! The bikes were brand new, as the helmets and the gloves, prompt and easy communication. The owner was super helpful. Everything thing went well beyond the best expectations! If you're looking for a bike in Marrakech look no further, THIS is the place!
