I liked the the experience of booking with Jota Cafe Racer: the documents job was done online via WhatsApp, so when I’ve arrived to take the motorbike I’ve needed only to pay the deposit and the amount for rent (also via my phone online without physical credit card). Also was proposed to take a new Brixton Crossfire 500 as an option (I’ve booked Kawasaki Er5), and I’ve agreed on it! The journey was wonderful and I’ve enjoyed it much. The deposit was not unblocked yet, but I was informed that they need around 10 days to check the possible fines, so I am waiting. Also I recommend to inform the guys when you plan to return the motorbike exactly, cause they are not 100% time in the office

I rented a Piaggio mp3 125 cc but there was a problem with the speed after 80 k/ph it looses speed so i road back to Talleres UVEENE Barcelona and they helped me very good.they gave me a much better model 500cc version witch was great.i give 5 stars because they helping you good and after returning no complains about anything.you can trust this company.

¡Hola! Fui muy bien atendido. La empresa fue muy amable y servicial. Mi moto estaba en perfectas condiciones. La única salvedad es que la hora de recoger la moto era a las 8 de la mañana, pero la empresa de alquiler solo abre a las 9 de la mañana. Estropeó la planificación de nuestro viaje y tuvimos que esperar en el frío toda la diferencia horaria. Además, todo es perfecto.

Deposit can't made as deposit on credit card. Was done as a payment of 300€. Okay, i accepted because of technically issues.
Payback of the deposit made wasnt possible. They excused and told me my credit card doesnt accept a cancellation of a payment. Seriously?
Not enough cash to give me 300€ cash.
Okay so transfer to my bank account via IBAN. One week later still no money on my bank account .
That feels not serious anymore.

Everything would have been perfect but: we reserved the bike and it was written that we can take it from 9am. We arrived at 11am and the bike was already rented to another person even though we reserved it. It wasnt too bad because they gave us an electric scooter and told us to come back at about 18pm because the bike we reserved would be back at that time. All in all its a great place to rent a motorbike, it was cheap compared to other companies.

Joschica he was very helpfull. I contact him true WhatsApp and the total rental went smooth.the bike depot Is at the airport. And Joschica guided us true whatsapp was yust a couples of minutes walk out of the airport. The motorcycles were in top condition.me and my son had a great time true Barcelona and motorcycles are the way off transportation. Barcelona traffic is used to motorcycles we had a save drive and seen more of the city then With other transportation .i highly recommend jota café. Thank you for this experience will meet again. La moto era relativamente nueva, pero había cosas que funcionaban regular, como el baúl o la pata de cabra, además estaba muy sucia. Los cascos, eran viejísimos, estaban en mal estado y eran tres tallas más grandes de lo que habíamos pedido. Uno de ellos ni siquiera tenía visera para la cara, lo que hacía que todo el rato intentara salir volando de lo grande que me quedaba, además del frío que pasé en la cara y de casi no poder abrir los ojos en la autovía. A la hora de pagar la fianza nos intentaron cobrar 300 euros (en internet ponía 100 al principio y luego 200). El chico que nos atendió en el aeropuerto casi no hablaba español y nos dijo que era su primer día, por lo que estaba muy perdido. Primero llegó más de una hora tarde y una vez allí perdimos media hora más buscando un candado para dejar las llaves que nunca apareció. En total perdimos unas dos horas de un un viaje en el que estaríamos unas 6 horas en Barcelona, por lo que ese retraso significó bastante para nosotros. La única compensación que nos ofrecieron fue dejarnos la moto 1 hora más, cosa que no tenía sentido porque teníamos otro avión por la tarde y no podíamos aprovecharlo.
