They did not have the bike I rented, and for just 15 minutes late on the return they charge me 10 Euros, plus 30 Euros for dirty bike, I was not informed I had to return the bike washed. The guy who received the bike was not kind with me, and I felt bad.

very nice people. Very small things to fix on the rear box and the retroviseur (right moving a bit). They rented me gloves for free! Very helpful team.
