Very nice bikes, everything was ready when we arrived, took a bit longer to give the bikes back.

We have just rented a motorcycle last week in Milan, Italy. All went very fine except for one thing… The thing is that we have already paid for the insurance upfront when we booked the motorcycle though your website, but the place in Milan where we were picking up the motorcycle said we didn't have any insurance. After that information we (once again) paid 40 euros a day for new insurance, 160 euro all in all. What should we do?

Très bon accueil et très bon conseil pour le choix parmi les motos disponibles car la V7 Guzzi ne l'était plus. Bonnes explications sur les particularités des motos. Bref, je recommande car nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Italie. De plus, il est possible de rendre les motos le dimanche.

The company was ok, the bikes were good. Idling of the bike sounded bad but it took the job. Voiding the deposit was horror because the company has sent the enquiry to the bank but they didn't make anything. After two weeks I had to make something. If HP had send a fax to my bank they would have released the deposit but HP didn't do that. It wasn't a big deal they should have done this for a clien

El servicio excelente, Cristiano ha sido muy atento y amable y nos ha solucionado todos nuestros requerimientos. Me he olvidado el soporte de mi GPS en la moto y le he pedido a Cristiano que me lo mande por COURIER a mi país y estoy seguro que lo hará lo antes posible. La devolución de la garantía no ha sido re embolsada todavía pero estoy seguro también que será acreditada en los próximos días. Fue una linda experiencia y estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio y la atención. Muchas gracias por todo y hasta una próxima ocasión.
