Could improve a bit. The guys who took care of the rental documents and also of the instructions was great but not very customer service focused. I think they have so much going on that they don’t need a side business like moto rentals if they don’t act like they care about their customers. I’m not going to use their service again for sure.

We ordered delivery of the scooter to the hotel we were staying at and they were 1 hour late with the delivery, the lock to the helmet compartment was very hard to close. But in all, everything went well, nice ride and 2 brand new helmets included.

The company was ok, the bikes were good. Idling of the bike sounded bad but it took the job. Voiding the deposit was horror because the company has sent the enquiry to the bank but they didn't make anything. After two weeks I had to make something. If HP had send a fax to my bank they would have released the deposit but HP didn't do that. It wasn't a big deal they should have done this for a clien
