La Ducatessa was excellent. I had a few hiccups on my journey and Lorenzo and Laetitia provided a very personal service with compassion to my situation. They were very transparent with the extra costs I incurred and I thank them for their support in getting me home safe. ????????️

Brilliant shop to hire from. The staff we're very friendly to deal with and made sure I had everything I needed to make the most of my trip. Will definitely hire from them again.

Generally very satisfied with the rental of the motorcycle. Several challenges were met well by the landlord.

When in Rome... visit La Ducatessa! ;-) It was the highlight of our Rome Trip.

La Ducatessa helped to facilitate a once in a lifetime experience. They were able to outfit me with a Ducati Scambler Icon, GPS, helmet, and panier bags. Laetitia walked me through all of the paperwork and use of the equiptment. We relaxed with cappucino before I headed out on my 5 day journey. I felt encouraged and supported on my trip and was provided with contact should I need anything alon

Tuve que llamarles y no dudaron en venir sobre la marcha con las llaves de repuesto; ...era sábado a las 20:30 y ellos ya estaban en su casa. Estuvimos 4 días recorriendo Roma en una preciosa Vespa color naranja :-D 100% recomendable

Contraté el servicio de entrega en el hotel y la moto no fue entregada, se olvidaron de prestar el servicio. Jamás contestaron al teléfono de atención al cliente. Cuando al día siguiente pasé por OnMovo reconicieron que se habían olvidado del servicio pero en ningún momento me pidieron disculpas. Tampoco me ofrecieron en ese momento una moto para compensarme por el trastorno que me habían ocasionado, incluso se negaron a devolverme el dinero que había pagado en el momento de la reserva, que se lo reclamara a Rentalmotorbike, que mo era su problema. Lo dicho, me ocasionaron un gran problema y su actitud fue en todo momento muy desagradable.

il motorino è abbastanza usurato con i suoi 40mila km, quindi in 2 persone in salita purtroppo si pianta sui 50-60km orari e non si smuove più ^^'. Il servizio di noleggio e gli operatori sono stati super gentili.

Los extras que especificaba la pagina inicial no estaban realmente incluidos o ni existían algunos en la tienda. Ni chaqueta, ni guantes, ni cortavientos. El casco incomodo y abierto que en este epoca hace pasar mucho frio. La moto se apagaba durante el viaje o sea en marcha mientras conducías en las carreteras seguras de Roma...

Las motos arrendadas estaba muy mal - tratadas - chocadas - Maletas descuadradas - dos se apagaban en todas las esquinas - la mia me dejo sin batería y tuvimos que ir a un taller Pague un seguro extraordinario que no valía la pena porque la moto no estaba en buenas condiciones. Me encantaría un reembolso al menos de una parte de eso
