Vou começa pelo único ponto negativo, a mota foi-me entregue um pouco suja - nada de importante. Empresa comunicativa e proativa - mensagens previas por WhatsApp para agilizar o levantamento da mota. Fizeram um Upgrade da reserva 100% gratuito - de Voge 650 DS para QJ MOTOR 800 - o que foi muito gratificante para uma viagem de quase 3500km. Staff top - Disponibilidade do Staff que esperou para a entrega da mota após um atraso significativo do voo para milão. Há data da minha reserva, Set. 2024, a Renting srl Milano Downtown encontrava-se localizada no hotel NOVOTEL - na Via Mecenate, 12120138 Milano MI, Itália.

The chains of the bike were so bad that I had to return the bike back 2 days before was planned. It took 3 weeks to get the guarantee amount 750 euros back to my credit card, and that happened after I had asked them 2-3 times to do it.

El servicio excelente, Cristiano ha sido muy atento y amable y nos ha solucionado todos nuestros requerimientos. Me he olvidado el soporte de mi GPS en la moto y le he pedido a Cristiano que me lo mande por COURIER a mi país y estoy seguro que lo hará lo antes posible. La devolución de la garantía no ha sido re embolsada todavía pero estoy seguro también que será acreditada en los próximos días. Fue una linda experiencia y estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio y la atención. Muchas gracias por todo y hasta una próxima ocasión.

En mi caso se portaron muy bien, unos chavales muy majos. Nos guardaron las maletas de viaje hasta que devolvimos la moto. Incluso se pasaron de su horario de apertura para poder hacer la entrega. Eso sí, van un poco a la ligera y no se preocupan de darte mucho detalle sobre dónde llamar si pasa algo, donde está el seguro o cosas así, por eso hay que estar atento y preguntar todo, pero por lo demás muy amables y atentos.

Al final en HP Motorrad escogí una Guzzi v 7 la moto más o menos bien, pero en Misurina me puse enfermo de gripe fuerte y no pude continuar los tres días siguientes de ruta y el servicio de grúa fue mal y muy caro, el día que me llevo la grúa recibí un correo de otra empresa de grúa que me lo hacía por la mitad de precio pero ya no me daba tiempo, mis compañeros que alquilaron las otras motos con Rentalmotorbike si quedaron contentos.

The bike was a base model without computerized suspension adjustment. The tires and brakes were good. There was a major dead spot at low end and the started di not always engage; had to push start one time. Tire and brakes were in good shape and did not expect the top bag which was a plus. The agreed upon contract was honored without problems.

To Rentalmotorbike.com We have just rented a motorcycle last week in Milan, Italy. All went very fine except for one thing… The thing is that we have already paid for the insurance upfront when we booked the motorcycle though your website, but the place in Milan where we were picking up the motorcycle said we didn't have any insurance. After that information we (once again) paid 40 euros a day for new insurance, 160 euro all in all. What should we do? Kind regards, Henrik Dessau

Très bon accueil et très bon conseil pour le choix parmi les motos disponibles car la V7 Guzzi ne l'était plus. Bonnes explications sur les particularités des motos. Bref, je recommande car nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Italie. De plus, il est possible de rendre les motos le dimanche.

One small issue: while receiving motorcycle would be better under some shade.
