Motorcycle rentals in Milano (Italy)

Top

Grate service.

ottima

ottima

Empresa competente, personal amable y calificado

all good.

The service team at Milan HP was not organized, they had to search for 20 minutes for the chain lock.

Gracias y enhorabuena.

buon servizio, sono in attesa di fattura

The bike was a base model without computerized suspension adjustment. The tires and brakes were good. There was a major dead spot at low end and the started di not always engage; had to push start one time. Tire and brakes were in good shape and did not expect the top bag which was a plus. The agreed upon contract was honored without problems.

Una de las 4 motocicletas que arrende falló

All good thenks

ottima

Good service

Very nice bikes, everything was ready when we arrived, took a bit longer to give the bikes back. But all in all a good, not cheap, experience

ottimo

To Rentalmotorbike.com We have just rented a motorcycle last week in Milan, Italy. All went very fine except for one thing… The thing is that we have already paid for the insurance upfront when we booked the motorcycle though your website, but the place in Milan where we were picking up the motorcycle said we didn't have any insurance. After that information we (once again) paid 40 euros a day for new insurance, 160 euro all in all. What should we do? Kind regards, Henrik Dessau

:)

One small issue: while receiving motorcycle would be better under some shade.

There was a minor issue with the windshield, where a screw came loose, but this did not significantly affect the experience and can happen in city traffic. The lock was provided and worked well, which I appreciated. ________________________________________ Service and convenience I really appreciated that the scooter was delivered directly to my hotel, which made the start of the rental very smooth. The process of extending the rental period was also easy and efficient, which was a big plus. One point of surprise was that picking the scooter up from the hotel was more expensive than delivery; it would have been helpful to have this explained more clearly in advance. ________________________________________ Communication and deposit return What I found less satisfactory was the communication after the rental ended. The return of the deposit took quite a long time (around three to four weeks) and required several follow-ups on my side. Responses were slow, and the process felt more complicated than expected. This part of the experience could definitely be improved.

Excellent service from the wonderful guy at Fourwheels Renting in Milan.

The chains of the bike were so bad that I had to return the bike back 2 days before was planned. It took 3 weeks to get the guarantee amount 750 euros back to my credit card, and that happened after I had asked them 2-3 times to do it.

buona

The Gs was a nice surprise. Everything ok!

The gas was about 9 little when I use it firstly, so I return it as the same gas level, but this office claim to us 22 euro as the gas fee. And your staff promised sending to the hotel after touring firstly, but he claimed the taxi fee instead of free of charge! It was unbelievable saying. And firstly rental location was another hotel, but you checked it before getting the airplane to Italy. Some parts was very bad for us.
