This enduro tour in Costa Rica is a loop route in which we will go back to sleep at the same hotel every night.
Stay of 8 days - 7 nights - 5 days of enduro - 1 day of rafting. (Daily loop circuit, which begins at our base located in Santa Ana, plus a stage on the Pacific coast and a day of rafting)
Itinerary
Day 1 San José - Santa Ana - 0 km
Airport / Santa Ana
Trip from the airport to the hotel. Welcome cocktail. Informative talk. Night in Santa Ana, a typical small town 20 minutes from the capital San José airport.
Day 2 Santa Ana - 90 km
Santa Ana / Puriscal / Santa Ana
We start with the delivery of the motorcycles, we will carry out a high mountain stage, Puriscal area,
crossing different valleys, coffee plantations, river crossings ... Traditional food. Night in Santa Ana.
Day 3 Santa Ana - Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica - 70 km
Santa Ana / Hermosa Beach (Pacific Coast)
Descending the Central Pacific side. A very varied stage, the route will take us through the mountains
from the Puriscal area, down to tropical forests and coastal jungles, to end on a beach
deserted Pacific. Night at Playa Hermosa, a famous surf spot (near Playa Jaco). We will pass
the night at Playa Hermosa, with your feet in the water, on a beautiful volcanic beach with black sand.
Day 4 Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica - Santa Ana - 90 km
Hermosa Beach / Santa Ana
Stages of technical trails in the hills of the Pacific coast, clay and slippery terrain.
We will cross Carara National Park, river crossing. The day will end with the ascent to the mountain of
Puriscal. Night in Santa Ana.
Day 5 Santa Ana - Santa Ana - 80 km
Santa Ana / Siquires / Santa Ana
Departure and return by bus from the hotel. The Pacuare River is one of the 5 best rafting rivers in the world.
They will be accompanied by certified professional guides. A 30 km trip will make us discover landscapes
incredible and inaccessible in the middle of the jungle in the center of the gigantic Mulurbi indigenous reserve
waterfalls, canyons, safe rapids, tropical fauna and flora. Picnic on the river bank ... We leave civilization
behind, an unforgettable adventure! Exit on the Caribbean side towards Siquirres and return by bus through the
Braulio Carillo National Park. Night in Santa Ana.
Day 6 Santa Ana - Santa Ana - 80 km
Santa Ana / San Francisco / Santa Ana
Day with diverse landscapes, which will show us another sector of the mule trail and the mountains of the central valley for all levels of riding. Night in Santa Ana.
Day 7 Santa Ana - Santa Ana - 90 km
Santa Ana / Puriscal / Santa Ana
A day of exchange and discovery, a moment of pure Enduro with a group of local riders in
routes that have served as stages in various national championships. Arrival at the end of the day to Santa
Ana, last night in downtown San José.
Day 8 Santa Ana - San José - 0 km
San José / Juan Santamaría International Airport
Depending on the time of your flight, departure to Juan Santamaría International Airport.
