I enjoyed the service. Only negative was the obligation to pay the deposit in cash, it would prefer to reserve it with credit card like all rental companies do.

Rented bikes were fine and my husband and I had a great time.
However, I specifically requested a bike with a lower weight due to my own relatively low body weight (and the fact that I'm a woman). The bike I requested was damaged and therefore not available. This is of course possible and can't always be prevented, but the employee of Motorent was extremely rude to me when I was a little nervous
