We rent a scooter with MONTE VILLAGE, related to RENTAL MOTOR BIKE, and I am SO HAPPY, Monte village owners (Sara and Joao) are just so helpful, kind and generous. They took time to ride with my son to make sure he was at ease, so lovely!!!! ANYONE who goes to Acores, to the island SAO MIGUEL need to do business with Monte village!!!! They are now part of our family!

Gostei muito da experiência, permitindo conhecer mais e melhor a ilha de São Miguel.

Tanto Hugo como Joana fueron súper atentos, estuvieron pendientes para recomendarnos y ayudarnos en todo lo que estaba en su mano. No me esperaba ese servicio extra, totalmente gratuito. Además Hugo es Español y Joana también lo habla perfectamente, por lo que no hay problema con el idioma. La moto estaba nueva e iba de lujo.

La personne de l'agence m'avait demandé toutes les pièces justificatives d'identité et de permis afin de préparer la rédaction du contrat. De ce fait la remise du véhicule a été très rapide. Personne très aimable et serviable. Au retour du scooter elle m'a proposé de me ramener à l'aéroport proche du lieu de location. Bref un service au top

The lady has been very responsive in communicating with me the pick up point and all the details. She has been very patient in resolving a small problem and kind in giving me a ride to the city centre after I delivered the motorbike Thank you and I definitely recommend her! Overall a great experience and a lovely island!

Tanto Isabella como su padre fueron muy amables durante la entrega y recogida de la moto, nos facilitaron todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, a la entrega de la moto, nos acercaron al aeropuerto.

Nefasto. No me dieron la moto que reserve ni una similar, me dieron lo más parecido a un ciclomotor de 49 cc. Muy mal el servicio al cliente, cobraron 10 euros por la bolsa del casco que les dije que me la deje en su tienda y ella no quería mirar las cámaras de seguridad. He puesto una reclamación por lo sucedido

Snelle service

When I arrived, the bike I reserved was not there and they had to give me another smaller bike. (they where nice to propose a bigger, 300cc but I had no license for that). Unfortunately the bike had no protection in the exhaust pipe and my daughter got seriously burned in the leg. When I was given this bike they could/should have informed me that there was no protection and that this is a dangerous point in the bike. They did not. As a result this big problem occurred. The company gave me a 10 euro compensation for giving me the wrong bike for 2 days but no compensation for the burning. The personal was nice but that doesn't pay the damage, injury, medicines and the manyweeks of health care that are still in process.

Had some difficulty using your app when I came to the payment form. Tried five times without any luck. I finally rented the bike through your ordinary web-page.
