Friendly. Hotel de Borgo employee was not very familiar with Ducati Monster. Motorcycle functioned well but I noticed that rear tire has wear and engine needs more oil. Key did not fit well in ignition. Except for a few mechanical issues, it was a very enjoyable experience.
