Subunternehmer die bei Problemen nicht wirklich selber entscheiden können, ohne vorher umständlich Rücksprache mit dem Generalunternehmer zu führen. Das ist unprofessionell und nervt.

Le service a été impeccable. Nous avons récupéré la moto à Barcelone et nous l'avons laissé à Madrid. L'employé à Barcelone nous a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement de tout. Nous avons aussi eu un super service avec Nuria Viñuelas et aussi avec Marwan Guillarmo au téléphone. Il nous a accompagné tout au long du processus. Merci encore pour tout.
