Tutto bene tranne che dovró denunciarli alla Polizia per frode in quanto non mi rendono il deposito cauzionale di 500,00€ Preso sulla stessa Amex, incredibile che invece di bloccare il deposito cauzionale sulla carta Amex facciano direttamente l’addebito per cui a tutt’oggi sul conto della Amex utilizzata risultano addebitati e non stornati questi soldi.

They did not have the bike I rented, and for just 15 minutes late on the return they charge me 10 Euros, plus 30 Euros for dirty bike, I was not informed I had to return the bike washed. The guy who received the bike was not kind with me, and I felt bad.

Excelente servicio. Muy amables, ágiles y considerados. Generan confianza. Nuestra moto estaba impecable y el resto que vi en la tienda también. Para disfrutar de Paris lo recomiendo.
Exceptional service was provided by the agent in Paris. Good e-mail communication prior to collecting the motorcycle, and assistance in mounting my own luggage on the motorcycle. Motorcycle return was simple with no hidden charges. I have rented numerous vehicles in North America and Europe, and none came close to the service provided by Rafael. Keep up the great work
