Ho dato la caparra sia per lo scooter che per il telepass. Al momento della consegna del motorino, visto che avevo usato il telepass, mi è stato riferito che la caparra mi veniva restituita entro 5 giorni lavorativi con la spesa per il telepass decurtata. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora niente, ho inviato anche una mail ma non ho avuto risposta. Preciso che il telepass l ho usato una sola volta sul ponte 25 de Abril e non penso minimamente che il pedaggio arrivi a 55 euro da me dato come caparra.

Scooter was brand new. 100 km on board. Pick-up was easy and drop-off even easier. Quick transfer to the airport and back. (the guy at the airport, young with curly hair, needs a payrise! he is really kind and helpful for everyone there and that's a good public image for your company.)
