Motorcycle rentals in Napoli (Italy)

I'm a bit conflicted here – they seem like genuinely nice people with a small business, but there was the issue with the mirror. They did deliver my bike to my address for free, that was nice, however they were ultimately an hour late. Also, there was apparently an attempt at theft, and the perpetrators broke a part off. That's my risk for leaving it out on the street in Naples I suppose. However, I was sort of rushed into paying quite a substantial sum for a replacement part. The nice thing is that the rental company allowed me to look for a cheaper part online, but it had to all happen within a day, so I was unable to find any cheaper one. Ultimately I feel that the renter was in a genuine pickle, and it was my own responsibility for leaving it in the street, but I would have liked to have had a bit more time to resolve the situation. I estimate the chance of having been scammed at 10% - 20% :D.

Service was friendly and excellent. Only a language misunderstanding. I had an small accident which was not my fault and produced some small damage on the bike. I could continue without a problem. I thought was not responsible since I was stoped and someone hit me from behind. At the end, I had to be liable for those charges because they thought the accident had been my responsibility. No big deal

Very friendly, very accommodating. I got the dates wrong but he was able to switch things around for me and even sent a taxi to grab us from the airport. The motorcycle was great, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend!

Excelente. Muy buen servicio de recogida y de devolución. Todo fue muy rápido y fácil. La moto con bastantes kilómetros con lo que se notaba su extenso uso pero sin dar el más mínimo problema, pero a pesar de ello funcionó a la perfección.

Le service proposé est très bon. Le scooter était prêt à mon arrivée. Toutefois, avant de réserver à cet endroit, vérifiez que vous pourrez y accéder pour pas cher. En effet, le magasin se trouve à 20 min de l'aéroport et étant donné le traffic à Naples, il en coûte 25€ minimum. A prendre en compte dans le prix de location (x2 = 50€ car il faut le retourner au même endroit)

Le scooter avait 3500km était assuré tous risques. Ce qui peut surprendre est la non remise du double du contrat mais uniquement d une facture. Autrement rien à signaler. Service parfait que je recommande.

The process of getting/returning the scooter was a bit slow but very friendly staff.

Le payement par CB était difficile, le loueur aurait préféré du liquide, mais il a fait preuve de bonne volonté et s'est montré très serviable.

They were vey nice. I highly recommend this rental company. Good price , good scooter, very flexible...they let us drop the scooter in the parking place mear the airport because our flight was early in the morning!
