We have just rented a motorcycle last week in Milan, Italy. All went very fine except for one thing… The thing is that we have already paid for the insurance upfront when we booked the motorcycle though your website, but the place in Milan where we were picking up the motorcycle said we didn't have any insurance. After that information we (once again) paid 40 euros a day for new insurance, 160 euro all in all. What should we do?

Location is good at nearby metro station and easy to go to outside of Milan. I had nice experience to rent a bike from there.
