We offer you a winter adventure during which you will ride a snowmobile to conquer the extraordinary wilderness of the Haute-Mauricie and Lac-Saint-Jean regions.
An expedition intended for those looking for an intense experience. Among other things, you’ll have the opportunity to discover a gigantic lake which actually looks like a frozen desert during the winter months, some dramatic Nordic sceneries as well as the immensity of the Mauricie’s back country. Last but not least, you will be invited to visit the famous Saint-Félicien Wildlife Zoo where the animals stroll freely while the visitors are caged!
Itinerary
Day 1 Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport - Montreal - 0 km
Arrival Montreal, once in Montreal airport you must arrive to the city central hotel by your own, where a dinner with local flavors will be waiting for you
Day 2 Trois-Rivières - 130 km
Saint-Michel-des-Saints / Trois-Rives (130km) Welcome to the land of snowmobiling, the most popular winter activity! This morning our guide will inform you about the snowmobiles and show you some triks to ride this machine, then we leave for a raid in the direction of Lac Saint Jean. This first day, we travel through the boreal forest of La Mauricie National Park.

Day 3 Trois-Rivières - Lac-Édouard - 210 km
Trois-Rives / Lac Édouard (210 km) Today direction the wild territories of Haute-Mauricie. The mythical cliché of Canada's forests and lakes finds its full representation here! Dinner and overnight at an outfitter.

Day 4 Lac-Édouard - Hébertville - 225 km
Lac Edouard / Hébertville (250 km) The first half of this exciting day allows you to cross wild territory at high speed. Depending on the pace of the group, we will then make a stop on the edge of the majestic Lac-Saint-Jean which, in winter, takes on the appearance of a real white desert. You will then find civilization and set sail for Roberval or nature rhythm with adventure. You will discover warm hosts typical of the inhabitants of "LAC" as we call them. Dinner and overnight in an inn.

Day 5 Hébertville - La Tuque - 180 km
Hébertville / La Tuque (180 km) Your adventure continues today as you rediscover the vast uninhabited spaces of Haute-Mauricie, where immense coniferous forests, snow-capped mountains and valleys lie where long icy rivers lie. . Dinner and overnight at an outfitter.

Day 6 La Tuque - Saint-Félicien - 160 km
La Tuque / Saint Felicien (160 km) With its thousands of kilometers of trails and 22 weeks of snowfall, the region is a true paradise for snowmobilers. The journey now takes you to the town of Saint-Félicien where you’ll have the privilege to observ the animals of the Boreal forest at the famous Wildlife Zoo.

Day 7 Saint-Félicien - Trois-Rives - 150 km
Saint Felicien / Trois-Rives / Montreal (150 km) Today you return to base camp where your adventure will end. You will be able to raise your glass to your exploits of the week!
Once we return the sonwmobiles, they will take us to Montreal, where we will spend the last night before to fly back home
Day 8 Montreal - Montreal - 0 km
Today you will have a free day before your return flight. (Depending of your flight time table)
